Can I send both transactional and marketing email?
Yes — that's the point. One API and one dashboard cover receipts and OTPs as well as newsletters, campaigns and lifecycle automations. Sending reputations are managed separately under the hood so a big campaign never hurts your transactional deliverability.
How do you keep my email out of spam?
We manage IP warmup for you and authenticate every send with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes feed an automatic suppression list, and we monitor reputation continuously across the sending network.
Do I need to write code to use it?
No. The visual builders cover templates, campaigns and automations end to end. When you want programmatic control, everything is also available over the REST API with copy-paste examples in the docs.
How do automations get triggered?
From API events, signups, list joins or external webhooks. Flows support delays, conditions and branches — so 'wait a day, then branch on whether they clicked' is a drag-and-drop, not a service you build.
How is it billed?
