1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the startupAid API, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, or any content that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that harm deliverability for other customers.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly based on your tier and usage. Overages are charged at the rates published on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Service availability
We target the uptime committed in your plan's SLA but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, startupAid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
