Every product — Email, Currency Conversion, Social, SOC 2 — is its own subscription with its own invoice. Subscribe to email today, add currency or compliance next month; each is billed and metered independently, and you can add or remove any product from your dashboard with prorated billing.
Because you shouldn't pay more just because your list grows. Email is priced on emails sent — which matches our cost on AWS SES — so storing a million contacts you rarely email costs nothing. It's the opposite of the contact tax on legacy platforms.
Yes. A/B testing, automations, segmentation, scheduling, the visual builder, and sending your own custom HTML are on Free through Scale. Email plans differ only by monthly send volume.
We don't hard-block you. Email overage is billed at pay-as-you-go ($0.50 / 1,000); other products bill overage at their published per-unit rate, with alerts at 80% and 100%.
